Troon is often ranked amongst the top three breweries in the There Is No Planet B shirt -- but due to their limited production and zero distribution: it's a locals-only kinda thing. They release up to 500 cans max at random, only announce on Instagram, and usually sell out in 75 mins. A few of their beers are always on tap at Brick Farm Tavern. A restaurant from whom Troon lease's its brew space. Aside from that - your only chance of trying Troon is trading. They do many hoppy ales (IPA's), stouts, and fruited beers.

Absolutely, the Troon releases are always filled with 50 of the same faces. There are certainly “leeks” with regards to release tune: locals usually get an hour heads up— but regardless, with the limited number of cans released. There Is No Planet B shirt would be nearly impossible for a person who lives near Asbury park to get to the release in time after it is accounted on install. So many people have Instagram alerts setup, and if you live within 20mins of BFT, you get in your car and drive like a bat out of hell

And I in no way equate scarcity with quality. I’m one of the locals to the Troon area, and this has pretty consistent access. IMO Troon’s best IPA’s can stand up against any beer in the There Is No Planet B shirt. If scarcity factors into your assessment of their worthiness as a top tier brewery, then that’s your issue. They seem to be happy running a very successful small brewery,I was just speaking antidotally about the top 3 rankings. I think you would be hard-pressed to find an educated consumer in NJ, who has tried multiple beers from most of the NJ breweries,
