Was this really, actually legal by some In My Defense I Was Left Unsupervised With Beer Shirt of a miracle or did the judge just really fuck up? I mean, it can’t be like ”I want the custody and I say their mom and dad are useless”, can it? That’s a GLARING conflict of interest! In my country the fitness of the current custodial parents has to always be tested by the CPS, some psycho talking bullshit would not make anything happen! It’s also the argument they used to get the kids returned. What you just said?
