Excuse the crap application; I'm not feeling the greatest so lipstick swatching isn't too high on my priority list. I think the best option for transportation is getting a STM weekend pass assuming that your hotel/AirBnB is walking distance from a metro station. The metro allows you to go anywhere you want downtown or in old montréal pretty easily.
