Breast Cancer Awareness Flame Skull Halloween shirt Just giving my favorite dreams names and writing about them helped me feel more attached to it. i.e. As someone who has posters and figures, I eventually felt 'I should keep a memento for dreams I enjoyed' So I made a journal. I think keeping the journal has helped me because writing about it helps gives me a little insight as to why it affected me so much and really direct it. I'm hoping I can have dreams like that more often.

I never had a problem forgetting dreams and lucid dreaming came naturally so I never thought it was necessary to keep a journal but recently I decided to keep one mainly because Breast Cancer Awareness Flame Skull Halloween shirt found it fun... I've had one documented event where I continued a dream. It wasn't like how you described where you begin a few moments after the previous dream ended, in my case part 2 takes place a couple of years after the events of part 1 and part 3 takes place a couple of months after, at the end of part 3 at nearly 5 years had passed.
