Owners who treat their staff and business like this (coming in drunk, eating/drinking for free, picking and choosing who follows which rules when) don't deserve an employee like you--get out fast.

My owners eat and drink for free Some bartenders cuss too much it's me I'm some bartenders shirt, sometimes they forget to tip when they get too drunk, but the next day they always give me a couple of hundred bucks for my trouble and I split that with the support staff that was working that day and leave it under the till for them. That one isn’t necessarily a red flag I don’t think, but it really matters how they treat you and how they treat the establishment’s well-being imo. Yes, go get another job. But also, please take this down to CYA. You’ve documented fineable offenses- I’d hate for your owners to use this against you if they found out.

It crawls into your soul and steals your pride. if they give you the title of bar manager but undermine you like that on the floor it's a title in name only and not worth your time. fuck them. let them micromanage their own downfall. Also, it’s not illegal in most states to bring alcohol into a bar. It’s against bar rules sometimes but just think about wine corkage, etc.
