I see it as almost a psychotic break that makes them addicted to finding their Snoopy in Bottles shirt. It does not seem as if they are bad per se but I do not know about good. Their actions and speech provide evidence that OP was not their first try at creating something similar to what they wanted.

Even without a malicious intent Snoopy in Bottles shirt did this to achieve a personal desire by altering OP (and even if she did agree, she was a minor). I'd say that counts as bad in my book. Maybe, Definitely, the first time would be Snoopy in Bottles shirt and any others at least manslaughter, T-shirts and this content are exclusively designed from Shipertee store. But they could get murder after the first time a girl dies and they do it again, and again. After a while, a jury may call it manslaughter for the first murder for the others. Even though killing them wasn't the plan they planned on doing it again after the first one died knowing it could kill them.
