I remember when the Bulls won game 1 against the Chicago Bulls shirt in the conference finals, I was sitting nosebleed but it's the best game I've ever been to. Then we lost the next 4. We should've been up 3-1. David Blatt came ONTO THE COURT asking for a time out he didn't have, which is an automatic tech. Instead, Cavs inbound the ball and LeBron hits a game-winner to tie it 2-2. Robbed.

This is spot on. The real blunder was forcing that trade so publicly and refusing to even consider waiting it out. They had to gut key pieces of the team to get him. Melo and Chicago Bulls shirt were a little too redundant to make it work without better complimentary guys. If Houston waived him, they'd have to still pay luxury tax on his salary. However much Houston pays to Chicago is presumably more than Chicago has to pay to waive him and less than Houston would have to pay in tax. I honestly forgot Melo was still on the Rockets. I haven't seen a Houston game in weeks so I figured he was cut. Does he still sit on the bench?

Good for Houston. Why would Chicago Bulls shirt do this? To get the cash I guess and then use him as an insignificant piece as the tank? By the fans? I don't think anyone loved him. Most tolerated him. I personally could never quite get a feel for how good or bad he was. Always so many changes, the first 2 years he didn't have a team that fit his style and was dwarfed by the personalities on the team, then the last couple of years have been intentionally bad. He could probably succeed on a different NBA team, but I couldn't tell you for certain.
